Title: Senior Software Test Engineer
Reports to: VP of Operations
Location: NJ Corporate HQ  
Travel: Not Required; Occasional customer visits possible

As a senior member of the Software Test Team, you will be responsible for the design and development of test benches and testing framework for automated testing of IP Cores and PCIE cards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team in execution of the test plan including both automated and manual testing.
• Coordinating with developers to create and troubleshoot “features” test cases.
• Generate test reports to summarize and highlight critical feature/performance information and pass/fail justification.
• Support initial technology bring-up in the lab.Customer issue support for product in the field.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• M.S. degree a plus

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software and system testing.
• Experience with automated test & script development.
• Experience in defining test verification requirements, planning and executing detailed test plans.
• Strong familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows-based development environments.
• Practical experience both verbal and written in the creation of clear test requirements and defect reports.
• Strong familiarity with data communication and/or storage networks desired.
• A spirit of innovation, risk-taking and continued learning.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a lead position in a team setting.
• Detail oriented and self-starting.Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
