Ramana Jampala, President and CEO. Ramana has 17 years of work experience in the technology sector, ranging from design engineering to venture investing in technology start-ups. Most recently, Ramana was a general partner with SAS Investors, a technology focused Venture Capital fund. Prior to that, he worked with Viant as a strategy lead in San Francisco to implement digital initiatives of Fortune 500 companies and high-technology start-ups. Ramana began his career at Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) in the Control and Communications Group, working as a systems design engineer for seven years. He has also served as a board member of HydroGlobe (acquired by Graver Technologies) and Reactive Nanotechnologies. Currently, Ramana is a member of the board of directors of CebaTech, Velox Semiconductor, and Lightspeed Audio. Ramana holds an MBA from London Business School and graduated with distinction with a BS in Electronics Engineering from Pune University, India.

Chad Spackman, CTO and Co-founder. Chad is a veteran in the ASIC/ semiconductor industry who has 15 years of semiconductor design. Achievements include over a dozen analog designs for various foundries, six large-scale communications ASIC designs in the communications sector, and, most recently, design of a complete TCP/IP TOE engine that was licensed to a major semiconductor company. He is also the co-author of five patents in the semiconductor field. Spackman began his career as senior engineer with Fischer & Porter; led ASIC design for Connectware, Inc.; and served as co-founder and president of Sandgate Technologies. Chad holds a Bachelor of Physics, and Bachelor and Masters Degrees in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and Penn State University, respectively.

Adrian Port, Co-founder and Chief Technologist, Networking and Communications. Adrian has over 20 years of experience in R&D, encompassing software development as well as complex communication ASICs in the ATM and Ethernet industries and related board- and box-level products. Adrian led the development effort that completed the TCP/IP TOE engine licensed to a major semiconductor company, mentioned above. He spent 14 years with Fischer & Porter in areas including ASIC development and fast packet switching systems; directed ATM ASIC development for Connectware, Inc.; and served as co-founder and president of Sandgate Technologies. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University (Australia), and an MBA in Finance from The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, in both cases graduating with distinction. He is also the co-author, with Chad Spackman, of five patents in the semiconductor field.

Larry Lipke, VP Engineering. Larry has 30 years product development experience in the computer, transport and data networking, and military SIGINT sectors. Larry began his career at NCR where he led firmware development for micro-computer systems controlling point-of-sale environments. He also helped port the UNIX operating system to a new line of mini-computers. He went on to E-Systems (now Raytheon) where he developed real-time embedded communication systems for various branches of the US military. Larry worked for 15 years with AT&T/Lucent Technologies developing transport and data networking products and services, including Frame Relay, ATM, and PDH/SDH. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master Degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University.

Elaine Jones, VP Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Elaine has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management of advanced data networking and telecommunications equipment. Prior to joining CebaTech, Elaine served as Vice President of New Products for White Rock Networks and brings extensive experience in sales and new business development for advanced networking start-ups to her role at CebaTech. Earlier in her career, Elaine held executive leadership positions in Sales, Business Development and Product Management at Lucent, Bay Networks, and Nortel. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from William Smith College.
