Kevin W. Parke, Chairman of the Board
Kevin Parke leads technology and new business initiatives for the 2MCompanies, Inc.  Kevin is the former Executive Vice President of the Wagner/Cuban Companies, where he served as President of Landmark Theatres, the largest independent film exhibition company in America, and President of the Todd Wagner Foundation.  Kevin is also the former Vice President of broadcast.com (NASDAQ: BCST), where he was a key leader in the company's initial public offering and subsequent $5.7 billion acquisition by Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO), where post-acquisition he served as Vice President of Yahoo! Broadcast Services. Kevin practiced law with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Hopkins & Sutter after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Ian Trumpower, Director
Ian is a licensed attorney and CPA and the CFO for 2M Companies, Inc where he manages a diverse portfolio of investments heavily focused in the technology sector. In addition, Ian is involved in numerous philanthropic activities through the David Nathan Meyerson Private Foundation.  Prior to joining 2M, Ian practiced corporate law with Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, two of the nations largest law firms, as well as with HBK Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund.  Ian has significant experience financing and advising venture capital and private equity funded organizations including as an investor, board member, consultant, and legal counsel.  Ian earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting, with high honors, and a juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois.  Ian also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

Ramana Jampala, President & CEO
Ramana has 17 years of work experience in the technology sector, ranging from design engineering to venture investing in technology start-ups. Most recently, Ramana was a general partner with SAS Investors, a technology focused Venture Capital fund. Prior to that, he worked with Viant as a strategy lead in San Francisco to implement digital initiatives of Fortune 500 companies and high-technology start-ups. Ramana began his career at Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) in the Control and Communications Group, working as a systems design engineer for seven years. He has also served as a board member of HydroGlobe (acquired by Graver Technologies) and Reactive Nanotechnologies. Currently, Ramana is a member of the board of directors of CebaTech, Velox Semiconductor, and Lightspeed Audio. Ramana holds an MBA from London Business School and graduated with distinction with a BS in Electronics Engineering from Pune University, India.

Morton H. Meyerson, Chairman Emeritus  
Morton began his business career in 1963 at Bell Helicopter. In 1966, he joined Electronic Data Systems, Inc. as a systems engineer trainee, ultimately becoming President and Vice Chairman and managing 45,000 employees. In 1984, Morton played a significant role in the sale of EDS to General Motors for $2.5 billion, becoming the top technology officer at General Motors. Two years after the sale to General Motors, after growing EDS revenue four-fold, Morton retired. From 1971 through 1974, during his tenure at EDS and at the age of 33, Morton was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of duPont Glore Forgan, a Wall Street brokerage firm.

From 1986 through 1992, Morton pursued private investment opportunities with Richard Rainwater. In 1992, at the request of Ross Perot, Morton re–joined the corporate world as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Perot Systems Corporation, retiring again in 1998.

Currently, Morton is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of 2M Companies, Inc. a family owned investment firm. From time to time, Morton has served on public and private company boards. Currently, Morton is a director of E2M Partners, LLC, Alsbridge Inc., ChaCha Search, Inc., Cebatech, Inc., and KDC Holdings, LLC.  Morton was elected into The American Academy of Arts & Sciences 2007 Class of Fellows.
